What Can We Expect from Alice in Borderland Season 3?

The original Alice in Borderland manga, created by Haro Aso, was published from November 2010 to March 2016, concluding with 64 chapters across 18 volumes. The first season of the live-action adaptation covered about 31 chapters in 8 episodes, while the second season wrapped up the main narrative, making some alterations like omitting certain games and teasing the Joker as a card instead of showing him directly.

Additionally, the author released a direct sequel titled Alice in Borderland Retry, where the main character Ryohei Arisu finds himself back in Borderland, facing new deadly challenges 8 years after the original story. This sequel was compiled into two volumes.

A new spin-off manga titled Alice in Border Road has been released, showcasing different characters and fewer games. The recent visual and teaser trailer suggest that the upcoming third season of the live-action series will present an original storyline with the main cast.
